Concert dates by email If you send a message with the subject SUBSCRIBE to newsletter@tiborgrasser.at, I store your email address for the sole purpose of sending you concert dates. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by sending that message. Addresses are never passed to third parties and are not used for anything else. Messages are sent so that recipients cannot see one another.

You may withdraw consent at any time — an informal message with the subject UNSUBSCRIBE to the same address is enough, and your address is then deleted. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
